The camp leader in a language camp is a key member of the leadership team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the camp.
The camp leader is responsible for overseeing the overall well-being and safety of campers, staff, and the camp environment.

- Planning and organizing daily activities and events that align with the camp's goals and objectives.
- Providing guidance and support to staff members to ensure that they are adequately trained and equipped to handle the needs of campers.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with campers and their families, staff members, and the local community.
- Managing and resolving conflicts or disciplinary issues that may arise among campers or staff.
- Communicating with parents, staff members, and other stakeholders regarding camp policies, procedures, and activities.
- Ensuring that all camp facilities and equipment are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Collaborating with other camp leaders and staff members to ensure that camp programs are running smoothly and effectively.
